We also identified the responsibilities of the cabinet departments.
HW: Test on Tuesday (after Thanksgiving) Today in class Mr. Knop taught a lesson about political parties. If you were absent you will need to get the notes from a friend.
We also discussed the change of the filibuster rule in the Senate. No homework. Test is tentatively scheduled for Wednesday. Today in class we:

If yes, include two reasons AND and explanation of the reform plan you would choose. If no, include three reasons for not changing it. 3. Read Article II and identified the powers of the President. Today in class we:

Wednesday - Current events discussion. Today in class we completed our study of the legislative branch by looking at the issue of term limits. We read an article about term limits, identified the reasons for and against Congressional term limits, and completed the following short writing assignment (using complete sentences): Should we limit Congressional terms? Why or why not? Include at least two reasons in your answer.
