If you were absent on Monday: Get the notes from a friend. Complete the following writing assignment in your journal: What are the advantages of having a high incumbency rate in Congress? What are the disadvantages? If you were absent: Get the "Special Powers of the House and Senate" AND the "How a Bill Becomes a Law notes from a friend.
