1.  Discussed last night's debate.
2.  Completed the legislative branch vocabulary quiz.
3.  Took additional notes on How a Bill Becomes a Law.  Be sure to get the notes from a friend. 
4.  Discussed How a Bill Becomes a Law, including earmarks and filibusters

HW:  Define the attitudinal, representational, and organizational views of representation.

If you did not pay for your second test fee, please bring it on Monday.

Legislative Branch content quiz will be next week.

We also discussed the short answer section of the midterm.

1.  Discussed proposals for changing the redistricting process.
2.  Took notes on the jobs of members of Congress. 
3.  Defined the different types of Congressional committees.
4.  Took notes on Congressional leadership.
5.  Identified the enumerated powers of Congress.

Homework:
Finish identifying the enumerated powers of Congress. 
Study for Friday's vocabulary quiz.
Remember - second AP payment is due on Friday.

We also watched two video clips about redistricting.
