If you were absent today:
1. Get the notes (Economic Outcomes) from a friend. 2. Complete the Cooperative Learning Questions for the Sovereignty Reading. Remember: The multiple choice section of the test is tomorrow. The free response section will be on Friday. Monday - No school due to weather.
Tuesday If you were absent today: 1. Complete the "Goals/Academic Progress" paper (see Tuesday folder). 2. Complete the Supranational Organizational Chart. The Unit 2 Test will be Friday (MC) and Monday (FRQ). If you were absent today:
1. Complete the following journal assignment: The four political economic models attempt to find the ideal relationship between freedom and equality. In your opinion, which of the four models has the best (or most ideal) relationship between freedom and equality? Why? (Remember to establish a line of reasoning.) 2. Spend approximately 10-15 minutes completing the first two columns of the Supranational Organizational Chart (you will need to make a copy of the chart so that you can edit it.) Reminders: 1. Read the article "Sovereignty" by Monday. 2. The test will be next week (Probably Wednesday/Thursday OR Thursday/Friday) If you would like to work ahead, begin reading chapter 5. Today in class we:
1. Went over the quiz. 2. Discussed trade regulation and economic regulation. 3. Completed the Chapter 4 Political Economy Cooperative Learning (see the Thursday folder). Homework: 1. Read the "Sovereignty" article by Monday. 2. Unit test will be late next week. If you were absent today, get the notes (Chapter 4: Political Economy) from a friend. Also, complete the last two pages (Regulation and Trade) of the Chapter 4 note packet.
Reminder: The unit test is next week. Monday, January 6th - No school due to weather.
Tuesday, January 7th Today in class we reviewed the group identities. We also identified/defined the political ideologies and political attitudes. Finally, we briefly started our notes on Chapter 4. The homework is to read Chapter 4. The unit test will be next week. |
