If you were absent today you missed the Chapter 9: French Revolution Test.
Today in class we reviewed for the Chapter 9 French Revolution test. It is suggested that you complete/review the study guide. The test is tomorrow.
If you were absent today:
1. Read Chapter 9, Section 4. 2. Complete the 9.4 Study Guide 3. Watch Crash Course #29: The French Revolution The Chapter 9 Test is Thursday. If you were absent today:
1. Read pages 197 and 198. 2. Identify the characteristics and accomplishments of Napoleon. Record your answers on binder page 20. 3. Get the notes from a friend. The Chapter 9/French Revolution Test will be on Wednesday or Thursday. If you were absent today:
1. Put the following events in chronological order
3. Explain the events that led to each change of government. 4. Answer question #5 on page 196. Chapter 9 Test will be next week. Today in class we:
1. Corrected the Reign of Terror questions. 2. Completed the following in class writing (If you were absent, complete and turn in for a grade): What are the arguments in favor of raising an army? Is there an argument to be made that the raising of an army made the new government not that different from the monarchy they overthrew? 3. Took notes on The Directory. Be sure to get the notes from a friend. 4. Identified the similarities and differences between the Constitution of 1791 and the Constitution of 1795. No homework. If you were absent today:
1. Get the Chapter 9, Section 2 notes from a friend. 2. Read textbook pages 193-195. 3. Complete the "Reign of Terror" assignment, which is in the Tuesday folder. 4. Consider this question: What are the arguments in favor of raising an army? Is there an argument to be made that the raising of an army made the new government not that different from the monarchy they overthrew? Today in class we finished the Declaration of the Rights of Man activity that we started before Spring Break. We also finished the notes for Chapter 9, Section 1. Be sure to get the notes from a friend.
