Today in class we completed a cooperative learning assignment regarding gun control. If you were absent, you can find the assignment in the Wednesday folder. Also, complete the following in-class writing:
In class writing. Use complete sentences. Why is it difficult to make policy related to gun ownership? Name and describe at least 3 reasons. Today in class we completed the Unit I quiz. We also watched current events news clips. Finally we started our next unit by reading an article about the history of gun control.
If you were absent today:
1. Complete the following in class writing assignment: Considering how a bill becomes a law, what makes the lawmaking process difficult? Use complete sentences. 2. You missed review for tomorrow's quiz. 3. You missed current events news clips. Homework: Study for quiz. Today in class we finished our study of the public policy making process / How a bill becomes a law. We also discussed current events.
The quiz is Tuesday. If you were absent today you missed a discussion about agenda setting, as well as notes on the public policy process Be sure to get the notes from a friend.
