Completed a cooperative learning activity about Judicial Activism and Judicial Restraint 5. Discussed tomorrow's role play. Homework: Prepare for tomorrow's role play! Also...go to mrseggenberger.weebly.com to access links to Supreme Court briefs for the case McDonald v. Chicago. Read/skim one brief for each side of the case. Today in class we finished our study of the bureaucracy. We discussed the limits on the bureaucracy, the ability of the President and Congress to control the bureaucracy, bureaucratic reforms, and influences on the bureaucracy. If you were absent, get discussion notes from a friend.
