Today in class we finished our study of the Institutions of the National Government.
If you were absent you missed a Supreme Court Role Play and the judicial branch discussion. The MC portion of the test is tomorrow. The FR and EC is on Friday and Monday. The paper due date has been moved to January 22nd. Today in class we discussed judicial activism and judicial restraint. We also took notes on the Historical Eras of the Court and watched a video clip reviewing the influences on court decisions (Crash Course Government and Politics #22).
