Complete the following in class writing assignment: The Preamble of the U.S. Constitution states that a goal is to “provide a more perfect union”. Explain what this means. Does the Constitution create a more perfect union? Defend your answer, using multiple examples. 4. Read "Marbury v. Madison" case study (see Monday folder). The homework is to EITHER read Chapter 3 section 4 OR skim the 27 amendments (pages 789-799). The test is tentatively scheduled for Thursday. If you were absent today:

If you were absent, be sure to get the notes from a friend. Also, identify the reasons the Federalists were in favor of ratifying the Constitution and the reasons the Anti-Federalists were opposed. Finally, complete the assignment that is in the Thursday folder.
